OSPREY ULTRALIGHT STUFF PACK CAMPING/TRAVEL

Great backpack. It is very lightweight and stuffs down to a ridiculously small size. The straps are reasonably comfortable for a bare essentials pack. I like the simple design. One big pocket for everything you want to carry, and a nice small pocket up top for little items that won't get lost. This pack could be sized even smaller, as if you filled it to capacity, the straps would not feel so comfortable carting that much weight around.

Osprey has nailed the ultra ultralight stuffable day pack concept... almost. This model definitely compares favorably to the Sea-to-Summit offering (which I also own). If they just added a sternum strap (the same thin, strong material as the top strap, with a small buckle), it would be 100% perfect. As it is, it's not really that comfortable, but it is very well-designed considering the tiny weight. The straps are ingenious. In fact, the whole design is ingenious. The side pocket is a great addition, and the top pocket is a good design, too.
