Columbia River - K.E.R.T. (Key ring Emergency Rescue Tool) has many uses including a screwdriver, oxygen tank opener, bottle opener, and 1/4" hex wrench. This nifty little tool also excels in cutting webbing, or fibrous materials, when needed. This is a great survival tool for your bug-out-bags and day packs. This is a pocket sized tool that is designed to make your life easier, maybe prevent a headache or two, and perform necessary emergency tasks. The K.E.R.T. comes with a form fitted vinyl slip-sheath. Designer Ray Kirk has put his spin on the concept of an emergency strap cutter with his new K.E.R.T.™ (Keyring Emergency Rescue Tool). Now you can have a razor sharp seatbelt cutter always at the ready hanging on your key ring. Don't be caught unprepared, stay safe, and put one on your keychain today!

Useful tool with room for improvement

It's a useful little tool but I'd love to see some improvements. The first would be the inclusion of a smaller flatblade screwdriver which could double as a philips in a pinch. Maybe this could be on the protruding end of the cutter tool. The other would be a revision to the black plastic cover over the seatbelt cutter. It will NOT stay on and although I've managed to find it each time, I expect to lose it in a matter of days.
