Billy Buckskin Fatwood is the USA Best 100% All Natural Fatwood Firestater! This fatwood comes from some of the most resin rich pine trees in the world and is safe, quick and easy to use – just 2 sticks are needed to start a fire! Fatwood is perfect for us anywhere. Use it for starting fires in an indoor fireplace, in fire pits while, wood and pellet stoves, charcoal chimneys and so much more!
When you purchase this product, you will receive 12 lb of fatwood in a stylish burlap bag. Every stick is unique in appearance but each is approximately 8 inches long and 3/4 to 1 inch thick. When lighting a fire, you only require 2 sticks at a time.
HOW TO USE FATWOOD?
Simply place 2 sticks of fatwood in the center of your kindling, light one of the sticks and watch the fire start right before your eyes! Sometimes you will need to hold a match on one spot of fatwood for a couple of seconds to get the resin to flow and then light. Each piece is different so some may take longer than others.

We strive to ship in-stock orders within 24-48 hours, often the same day if placed before 5 PM Eastern Time. Standard free shipping typically arrives via UPS or USPS within 3-6 business days. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 60-day return policy for unopened and unused items, for a 100% refund. Items must be returned in the same (or similar) condition in which they were received. Opened, used, or damaged products, or those not following our return policy, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns in non-sellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Yes! We offer a range of services at our Virginia store, including knife sharpening, axe sharpening and rehandling, knife/axe cleaning and conditioning, and waxed canvas bag/pack waxing and conditioning. We also provide laser engraving. Drop-off for services is available Monday-Saturday, with a typical turnaround of 1-2 business days.
