What are your shipping policies and how fast will my order arrive?

We offer free shipping on all orders of $99 or more within the United States via UPS or USPS. In-stock orders placed before 5 PM ET typically ship the same day; otherwise, expect shipment within 24 to 48 hours. Most deliveries arrive within 3 to 6 business days. At this time, we ship only within the USA.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns within 60 days of purchase. Unopened and unused items qualify for a full 100% refund. If an item has been opened or used, a 15% restocking fee may apply. We recommend holding on to your original packaging until you're sure the gear is a keeper.

Do you offer any services like knife sharpening or gear repair?

Absolutely. Our Goochland, VA shop offers a full lineup of professional services: knife sharpening, axe sharpening, axe rehandling and restoration, knife and axe cleaning and conditioning, waxed canvas bag re-waxing, and laser engraving. Drop-off is available Monday through Saturday, and turnaround is typically 1 to 2 business days.

How can I ensure I'm buying genuine products and not falling for scam websites?

Yes. Laser engraving is one of our in-house services and makes for a great personal touch on gifts, commemorative pieces, or everyday carry gear. You can drop off items at our Goochland shop Monday through Saturday. Turnaround is typically 1 to 2 business days, and our team can help you with text, logos, or custom designs.
