The Protech Whiskers is not an easy first time open, the Mike "Whiskers" Allen designed secret bolster release is a trick mechanism that almost no one unfamiliar with this type of knife will easily figure out. 100% child proof and a guaranteed bar bet win every time, only you will know the secret.
This auto mechanism is activated simply by shifting the textured bolster back (even though it has false screw heads showing) and can be achieved with practice almost magically with a slight squeeze of the palm that no one will even notice. You can see the secret release in the picture above, just like a standard bolster it sits on the knifes frame but this one conceals the pivot screw and fires the blade.
The Protech Whiskers also features a deep carry tip-up pocket clip with right hand carry only and a lanyard hole. This design is rarely produced by Protech because of the complication involved be sure to get yours before they are all gone.

We offer a 60-day return policy for unopened and unused items, for a 100% refund. Items must be returned in the same (or similar) condition in which they were received. Opened, used, or damaged products, or those not following our return policy, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns in non-sellable condition.
