Ka-Bar TDI Law Enforcement Knife

Pros
1 . Small!
2. Doesn't print much at all, just looks like a wrinkle if worn at your 1 o'clock.
3. The 15° angle just feels right!
4. Grate IWB sheath you could do 1,000 flips, and it won't fall out on you! it will be right where it was when you put it on!
5. Deployment is FAST like Lightning fast!
6. Easy to re-insert into sheath, and has a small click sound that is reassuring, and you know it's secure. You can feel it engage securely.
7. Good jimping, and sheath has good thumb textureing to help deployment even more!

Cons
1. sometimes you forget you are wearing it, but that could be seen as a pro too. don't get me rong though, you are aware you have it, but only if you think about it. I would compare it to wearing a seatbelt. You forget about it, but it has your back if the need arises.

The Ka-bar TDI is a great all around EDC knife. Right out of the packaging it is razor sharp. The handle fits the hand very comfortably and makes for easy slashing motions but is lacking in texture l. I performed a few simple tests, such as slashing small tree branches and cardboard boxes and it made smooth cuts with zero drag. I would definitely not want to be on the receiving end of this knife. The knife itself receives 5 stars hands down.

The sheath is another story. While it performs it's job adequately, I can definitely tell it's cheap. The plastic wants to split apart if the knife isn't put in just right. The belt clip is mediocre at best and bends rather easily. While, I have not had any issues with it coming off of my belt when drawing the knife, I have noticed that it is starting to bend out. My final complaint is the lack of a horizontal carry option. I knew this prior to purchasing the knife so I cannot complain too much.

All in all I recommend the knife. The shotty sheath can be replaced.

This is one bad little knife. In your hands you can really feel how effective it would be in a fight. This is the knife to have for self defense!​ ​
With the friction lock sheath, metal clip, and sturdy matte black finish on the blade, and I'm a VERY happy camper.
