Bladesmithing is the art of making knives, swords, daggers and other blades using a forge, hammer, anvil and other smithing tools. At NORTH RIVER OUTDOORS, we carry thousands of custom and production knives from hundreds of brands and frequently get asked how to forge and make knives.

We are excited to offer an awesome Blacksmithing & Knife Making Workshop! Join fellow Blacksmith, Greg Campbell for this popular event at NORTH RIVER OUTDOORS and learn how to forge your own railroad spike knife! Each Student will be trained and work hands-on with a forge and anvil! Well also will be blade profiling and sharpening on professional 2 x 72 belt grinder.

Workshop Cost $85 and must use the sign-up/pay on the link below. Class Limited to 10 Students and held in two time slots. We will be forging in two groups. Please select your time slot with only 5 student total allowed per group to ensure maximum time forging and safety. Blacksmith class is held outside of NORTH RIVER OUTDOORS. If all spots are reserved, you the signup link will be grayed out and marked as sold out. Please use the "notify me when in-stock" if we have a cancelation.
