My first Tops Knife

My first Tops knife and will surely not be the last. Great sharp and strong blade, nice handle, nice kydex sheath and great finish. Highly recommended medium sized knife for the outdoor enthusiast.

Tops Cochise

First off this is a heavy knife, not for small hands. I use it for a hunting/ backpacking back up knife. If you want to do delicate work on game this knife will not work, but if you are going to pack it out this will more than do the job.
Blade held an edge well, grip remain firm even when wet. I only wish it went in the scabbard more, but then it would be harder to get out. It rides high on the belt, and takes a little practice on removing it from the scabbard. Well made and will last a lifetime if taken care of.

A HANDFULL of 4" blade.

This is an overbuilt, tough blade. The scales are thick, and this knife fits the hand very well. Typical TOPS quality, and feel. For a blade this size, it is heavy, and VERY strong. A nice bonus to the TOPS brand is that the TOPS HOG 4.5 sheath works perfectly with this blade! While this sheath is very high quality, I am left handed, so it does me no good. The jimping really does no good, I think it's more for looks really, but that handle is very comfortable, and SECURE. My only real complaint about this blade is that TOPS, (IMO), should have started the edge closer to the handle, like a BK-16. I'm glad it has no choil, but start that edge about 1/4" closer to my hand. But really, this thing is a beast of a winner. A super tough, strong 4" blade, that is VERY comfortable to use.
