The Commercial Series Sharpener is designed to deliver precision sharpening in commercial environments and is built for high volume use. This sharpener is modeled after the Generation 3 Pro Sharpener and features a wider angle range, a more robust frame, and an enclosed storage cabinet to meet the needs of restaurants and commercial kitchens.

• Minimum knife height for stones to clear vise at lowest angle is 5/8" over top of vise. Low Angle Adapter (sold separately) required to reach low angles on smaller knives
