After owing this tent for 6 months, I am ready to review this tent:
Overall: The tent is of good quality. All the seems are well stitched. The two vestibules give the impression this tent has more interior space than other normal tent. The interior feels like a small 3person tent than a cramped 2 person tent. The setup is very easy and all the tent is self supporting. There is plenty of circulation for those warm days or to dry off on a humid rainy days.
Good: The two vestibules give you extra room to store your camping gears next to the tent rather than in the car so you don't have to run back and forth. The tent poles are of heavy duty Coleman fiberglass and thus, they are indestructible. The yellow tent cover is very attractive. It snapped into the main tent with plastic buckles as in all Eureka tents. From past experience with other high end Eureka tents, these buckles should last almost forever. There are a lot of mesh openings to keep the interior airy. Both vestibules can be opened to allow for nice breeze to flow through which is very helpful on a warm evening. The openings are sufficient large for star viewing when lying down inside the tent. The floor fabric is of thicker ply which helps to prolong its life amongst the dirt. The tent is large enough that a person of 6ft should fit comfortably and with room to spare. I surmise two 6ft people can fit inside this tent.
Bad: the tent poles are heavy duty of Coleman quality. This means they are indestructible which equate to HEAVY. Because of this design decision, this tent is strictly designed for car camping. If these poles are made of high quality aluminum, 2-3 pounds can be shaved off its overall weight. This is a shame because this can be made into such great large backpacking tent for two people. A normal 2 person tent is simply too small to accommodate two large adult.
