Great everyday tripod!!!

I give 4 star but it's more like 4.5. It's not "rock solid" as other reviewers said. It does skew or shift little if you push it little hard, even though that would be abusive stress test. The point of this tripod is ultralight weight, easy to carry anywhere, setup quickly, and move another place. For that purpose it's really a perfect tripod.
However, it is not all purpose tripod. I would not use it unattended photography; like self timer or long interval timer shooting. When I was shooting on a beach, I felt little nervous because of the very strong wind on that day. It didn't wobble, but the ballhead on the tripod is not really for heavy duty. I was using little heavy off-balance zoom lens/camera setup on that day, and it made me very uneasy. If you need a stationary tripod that is expected to be unattended for long time, I'd suggest to get different one. But other that, it's really a nice grab and go tripod. Highly recommended.
