CRKT Crawford Kasper Knife
Columbia River Knife & Tool (CRKT) Crawford/Kasper folder is very popular and sells fast. It has a stellar design specifically made for close quarters combat, but also lends itself useful for other general purpose chores. The blade has a tactical finish with a partially serrated edge and dual thumb studs. The handle is a Kasper design with finger grooves and jimping up top. The zytel scales are set over a thick steel liner lock frame. With CRKT's patented AutoLAWKS that transforms the knife into a virtual fixed blade. Includes tip-down pocket clip.

I owe a few of these in black and I love this knife. For the money its the best knife you can carry. Of all my custom knives and the expensive folders and fix blades I have collected, I used this knife to gut my deer while hunting.. go figure, I can carry anything I want and I carry this knife. The LAWKS safety works as it should, I do not own frame lock knives I hate them as they are not safe. however, with the extra LAWKS system on this knife I am not worried about the blade closing on my hand. Comes sharp as a razor and sharpens nice. Its a big folder but is thin enough to not casue a proble carrying it in the pocket with the side clip. The clip can be changed to left or righty. Just check the screws but don't over tighten them, sometimes these knives arrive with the screws that need a bit of tightening. This knife has scales that stipple very nicely with a soldering iron in order to get an awesome slip free surface. Try it is easy to do. and really adds a much needed grip surface to the scales as they are a bit smooth. Great bargain
Pretty good knife. Could be a little bit sharper when it arrived. Solid construction, no wiggle in the blade. Keep in mind that this is a BIG knife, much bigger than most pocket knives. I wish it had the flipper on the top of the blade that some of the other CRKT knives have.
For the price, this is a great knife. It's really a tank. I took 1 star off because the scales are absolutely horrible! Cheap as possible! If it were the black model, I'd use some grip tape on it. Defeats the purpose on the desert model.
