Nice. Opens quick with a solid lock up.

Out of box review of the straight edge black blade... Well I am impressed. Mainly bought it because of the blade. Which is really nice. Much nicer in person. I think the blade looks big compared to the handle. Is almost an optical illusion..haha. But really, the blade looks huge compared to the handle. Looks awesome. No imperfections.
The assisted opening is quick with a super solid lock up. Nice. The safety seems to work well.
Handle is nice. Ergonomically comfortable. The black on the handle is like rubber. Is soft, grippy. The grey handle inlays r not as grippy, but r in areas that grippy don't matter.
Blade is super centered...even for a Benchmade...is dead smack in the middle. Tip is very nice, Much more even than other companies. Seems like very much a "tough cutting work" kinda knife. The rubbery grip is kinda soft and cushy. The blade has a long straight edge.
I have no idea how this knife holds up to use/abuse. Is an out of the box review. Very nice though. I like it more than a few of my other Benchmades.

Awesome

Only gave 4 stars because belt clip broke off. This knife is the best knife I have ever owned. Shaved hair off my arm out of box. used it for about a month now opening boxes and cutting zip ties, pallet strapping, and pallet plastic and it still shaves the hair off my arm vey good knife.
