Alps Mountaineering Titan Cot XL

When you're away from your bed, make sure you still get a good night sleep. With our Titan Cot you're sure to do just that. The Titan Cot is a new design that features angled legs, which will prevent the cot from rocking. Another great feature is the telescoping leg in the center of the cot that gives extra stability where people often sit to get on and off of the cot so your cot legs won't collapse. The design of this cot is so sturdy that the weight capacity is 450 pounds! Finally a cot you can rely on!! The cot has sturdy steel connectors combined with 600D polyester fabric to make your bed-away-from-home as comfortable as possible. It has an aluminum frame making it lightweight, but strong. It folds up easily and fits into a carry bag so it transports and stores easily when not in use.

Solid product, built well

This is a very well build cot. Im a picky sleeper and need comfort and stability to get a good night sleep and this XL cot has both. Im a 5' 10" and 230lbs, competitive weight lifter with a wide frame and this cot supports me very well with room to spare both in length and width. Its about the size of a twin bed. Easy to set up and take down. I also like the bag that comes with this cot, its over sized, so even if you don't break it down perfect it still fits into the carrying bag very easy. The only down fall with this unit is it's a bit firm (but what can you really expect from a portable cot??) when I camp with it, I just fold up a down comforter and put in under my sleeping bag and that really helps. If one would put a roll out mat over it, that would probable make it near perfect. This unit gets 4 starts from a picky consumer. Built sold, comfy, easy to set up and break down, fits in the carry bag with ease and very portable.
